THIS is one lively CD.

Lanie Lane rocks onto the music scene with a bangity bang.

Heavily drum-led, To the Horses has a beautiful live sound as if the whole album was recorded in one take. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not at all rough... quite the opposite, but it has the sound rawness of early Elvis.

Strong drumming, fun lyrics, heavy double bass.

A passionate fan of rockabilly I’d say.

It’s fun and vibrant and well worth a listen, with not a dud track to slow it down.

A great debut.
